By using this website, placing an order or booking a workshop with Paulina Nienartowicz you agree and accept the following terms and conditions.

We may revise these terms and conditions at any time. You should check this page before using the website or placing an order to review the current terms and conditions because they are binding on you.

  • 1.1 You can order products and book workshops via this website. As part of our checkout process, you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products or events you have ordered or booked on.

    1.2 Our acceptance of your place at the workshop takes place when we confirm your place in writing. When we confirm your place in writing, the purchase contract will be made, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled your order before we have confirmed your place.

    1.3 We may refuse to accept an order if:

    a place or goods are not available;

    we cannot obtain authorisation for your payment;

    there has been a pricing or product description error;

    you have previously been in breach of our copyright terms and conditions;

    you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.

    1.4 To attend a workshop the student must be at least 16 years of age.

  • 2.1 You may cancel up to 28 days before the start of the course in order to receive a full refund. You must notify us by e-mail. The e-mail must be sent to artrawpaulina@gmail.com

    2.2 If you find you are unable to attend a class less than 28 days before the date of the workshop you may send someone else in your place and notify us by email.

    2.3 If through unavoidable circumstances (tutor illness or other circumstances beyond our control), we have to cancel the workshop, all course fees will be refunded in full or if you wish, transferred to another workshop within a reasonable period of time. We will not refund any other costs you may have incurred in advance, such as travel and accommodation. If this is a concern to you, we recommend that you take out travel insurance.

    2.4 We reserve the right to alter the timing or content of any course or to cancel a course at any time. The right is reserved to make alterations to all course fees and dates given on the Internet. Notification will be given as soon as possible in the event of such changes.

    2.5 Since all online programmes, materials and downloads are non-tangible irrevocable products, we do not issue a refund once you have been given access to the online materials.

    2.6 You can return the physical goods you have ordered from us for any reason at any time within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. The costs of returning goods to us shall be borne by you.

  • 3.1 Payment for workshops should be made in full at the time of booking. We cannot take provisional bookings and we are unable to confirm your place on a workshop until we have received payment in full.

    3.2 The cost of the delivery of physical goods is covered by a buyer.

    3.3 We are not VAT registered.

  • 4.1 Unless otherwise stated, the copyright and other intellectual property rights in all material on this Website are owned by Art Raw Paulina Nienartowicz.

    4.2 You are permitted to print and download materials from this Website for personal use only. No part of any materials may be copied, reproduced, shared, resold, published or transmitted in any form, or by any means (electronic, mechanical, photocopying, photographing, recording or otherwise), for commercial or non-commercial use without the prior written permission of the copyright owner.

    4.3 Full copyright of courses and workshops content is retained by Paulina Nienartowicz. Workshop notes, presentations and reference materials are provided to support attendees in their studies and ongoing development and are issued for personal use only. Sharing of course materials by print, press, photocopy, email, blogs, internet or any digital transfer medium is strictly prohibited without the express written permission of Paulina Nienartowicz.

    4.4 Any rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserve.

  • 5.1 If you are attending a workshop and have an allergy or food intolerance, it is your responsibility to tell us in advance and not consume the ingredients you are allergic to. Our Kitchen is fully vegan, but other allergens are present (gluten, soya, nuts, sesame seeds, celery) even if not used during the workshop.

    5.2 If you are taking part in online courses or following recipes and have an allergy or food intolerance to a food or ingredient recommended, it is your responsibility not to handle or consume that ingredient.

    5.3 It is possible to organise a special workshop excluding allergens if there are at least 2 attendees. The date and price will be agreed individually.

    5.4 All information on the website (especially blog posts) are intended to be used for informational purposes only. The materials are provided on the basis that the author is not rendering medical advice of any kind, and that the information is not intended to replace medical advice or to be used to diagnose, prescribe or treat any disease, medical condition, illness or injury.
