This raw dessert workshop is for everyone who wants to become an expert in creating raw cakes like cheesecakes, energy bars, chocolates, brownies and biscuits.

Over two days you will learn basic and advanced techniques, flavour combinations, cake decoration secrets, and making desserts for special dietary requirements including diabetes, candida, food allergies, etc.
