With the trend for veganism on the rise, there are more vegan restaurants opening and more existing restaurants launching their own vegan menus.

People want to eat plant-based, healthy food and restaurants want to cater for special dietary requirements.

MENUS

I create plant based menus for vegan and non-vegan restaurants and train the chefs how to replace animal products in their cuisine and prepare vegan food (cooked, raw savoury meals and desserts).

I create recipes for businesses and private customers - for events, yoga retreats, eBooks and websites.
